By using Pippa PA services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Pippa PA is owned and operated by Claritas Capital Partners LLC.

By using Pippa PA services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Services
Pippa PA provides:
- AI-powered call answering
- Virtual receptionist services
- Lead capture
- SMS/WhatsApp/email communication
- Appointment booking
- CRM updates
- Automated follow-ups
- Integration with your existing systems
Services are delivered using the HighLevel/LeadConnector infrastructure.
3. Account Registration
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your account secure
- Not share login credentials
- Notify us of any unauthorised access
4. Acceptable Use
You must NOT use Pippa PA to:
- Commit fraud
- Violate laws
- Send spam
- Abuse the AI
- Harass users
- Upload illegal content
- Bypass HighLevel security
- Use the service for emergency response
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
5. Subscription & Billing
- Services are billed monthly
- Auto-renew unless cancelled
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
- Pricing may change with notice
- Chargebacks may result in service suspension
6. “Powered by HighLevel” Infrastructure
Pippa PA is built on HighLevel/LeadConnector infrastructure. This means:
- HighLevel stores and encrypts data
- HighLevel handles infrastructure security
- Pippa PA does not run its own servers
- Pippa PA uses HighLevel automations
- You benefit from enterprise-grade protection
You may not reverse engineer or misuse the platform.
7. AI Limitations
You acknowledge:
- AI may produce inaccurate responses
- AI may misunderstand callers
- AI cannot guarantee bookings or lead conversion
- AI may misinterpret accents/noise
- No system is 100% error-free
We are not liable for lost revenue, missed opportunities, miscommunications, or caller behaviour.
8. Data & Privacy
Your use of Pippa PA is governed by the Privacy Policy. Key points:
- You are the Data Controller
- HighLevel is the Data Processor
- Pippa PA processes data only to deliver the service
- We do not sell customer data
9. Liability Limits
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
- Pippa PA is provided “as is”
- We exclude all indirect damages
- Total liability is capped at 12 months of subscription fees
- We are not liable for phone network issues, HighLevel outages, Twilio issues, incorrect AI decisions, delays, or loss of data beyond our control
10. Termination
You may cancel anytime via account settings.
We may terminate for violations, abuse, non-payment, or illegal activity. Data is deleted according to our retention policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by UK law. Disputes may be handled through arbitration or UK courts.
